The Seller warrants that (1) the Seller is the legal owner of the Animal(s); (2) the Animals are free from all liens and encumbrances; (3) the Seller has full right and authority to sell and transfer the Animals; and (4) the Seller will warrant and defend the title of the Animals against any and all claims and demands of all persons.

The Animal(s) are being sold with the following completed vaccinations from a registered Veterinarian.

The Animal(s) are being sold with a completed physical examination from a registered Veterinarian with the results listed below. Completed vaccine and physical examination documents will be provided by 'Seller' and reviewed by 'Purchaser' before signing this agreement.

1. 'Purchaser' agrees it is their responsibility to arrange to have the dog or dogs spayed or neutered before 8 months of age by a registered Veterinarian.

2. 'Purchaser' agrees dog or dogs will not be bred and litters will not be produced without the written consent of Emilie Belmonte (LSRT)

​

3. 'Purchaser' agrees if for any reason the Animal(s) must be re-homed or transfer of ownership must take place, 'Seller' will re-take possession of Animal(s) unless otherwise agreed upon by both 'Seller' and 'Purchaser'.
